At Umoya Authentically African, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely through our trusted partner, The Courier Guy. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that processing times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or unexpected delays. We currently ship nationwide across South Africa, and shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and the size or weight of your order.
Delivery times are estimated between 2–5 business days depending on your location. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your package until it reaches your door. Umoya Authentically African cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.
We recommend that someone be available at the delivery address to receive your package, as The Courier Guy may require a signature upon delivery. In the rare event that a package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and assist you with a resolution. Returns or exchanges, if applicable, must be arranged in line with our Return Policy, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
